Blue Mermaid

She did it!

She did! Blue Mermaid is hers!

On Sunday, her father took her to Toys R Us to get her blue mermaid. Apparently, she knew exactly which one she wanted.  The stupid doll has glitter on it, so now we have glitter all over the couch.  YEY!

We have the Sausage with us now.  And although, Toddler and Dog are OK separately, together, one of them (maybe even me) won’t make it out without major injury.  But all three mornings so far either the dog or the toddler woke up at 5:45 am, promptly waking up the other.  On Saturday morning, the dog was up, which woke up the toddler. Then on Sunday, the dog was so exhausted after running around with the toddler all day Saturday, that it was the toddler who woke up at 5:45 am.  The dog could have slept longer, but not the kid. Where is my sleep??  Then this morning, the dog started moving around 5:30. And at 5:45, he waddled into O’s room, where they were now both awake.  At least O laid down with me in the bed for another 30 minutes, but that is hardly sleep.

I think I just need to go to bed earlier, in case 5:45 becomes 5:30 am.  YUCK!
