If I hear that again, I think I will scream. In the last 4 days I’ve heard this phrase twice. And not for, I didn’t know that’s what this cleaning supply is used for. But rather important things.
Like, is your friend getting married this September. He can’t ask because he’s a guy. Oh, I didn’t know you were waiting to hear this in order for your sister to buy her ticket to come visit you during that same time. Seriously?? Do you not listen to what’s going on around you?
He goes to a specialist doctor. I tell him to get a referal. He gets it, but something happens, and the specialist doesn’t have it in hand at the time of the appointment. I tell him the next day, did you follow up to see the doctor got it. His response, he said he would get it. What does that mean?? He faxed it over? I follow up the next day. His response is the same. He said he would get it. WHO??? Who is following up on this. Then tonight, I finally had to say, you really need to follow up. If we have to pay out of pocket for this it will be stupid. The insurance company will do anything to try not to pay. We already pay out of pocket for insurance. His response?? Oh, I didn’t know that’s what it was for. It took every fiber of my being from saying, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME??? Why the fuck did you have to go get a referral? Because I needed it?? What I also wanted to say, if it gets deny, you are going to be on the phone with the insurance company sorting this shit out, because I will NOT be spending my days doing this. Because I followed up.
I am so annoyed!
